High School -- 2005 graduate of Hightower High in suburban southwest Houston... Three-year letterman and starter for coach Kevin O[apos]Keefe... All-District 20-5A selection... Holds Hurricanes[apos] school records for receptions, touchdowns receiving, and yards receiving... As a senior caught 26 passes for 761 yards and 11 touchdowns, and caught 38 for 9080 yards and 12 TDs for his career... Helped the Hurricanes to the Class 5A playoffs all three of his varsity seasons, capped by a 10-0 regular-season mark as a senior... Also a Hightower letterman in baseball and track...
