Design and implement an orthopedically sound, comprehensive performance system that is cutting-edge and encompasses the foundational principles of scientific research, which will advance the student-athlete's abilities for success in their respective sport. As well as a relentless commitment to the mental, physical and academic development of each student-athlete we have the opportunity to coach, teach, and mentor.
Program Focus
Injury Prevention
Execute a meticulous, technique-focused instruction and teaching program prior to the introduction of all new training exercises.
Implement the Functional Movement Screen to evaluate injury risk from impaired or compensatory movement leading to chronic overuse and/or muscle strains.
Sport-Specific Performance Development
Design a mobility, speed & conditioning program that satisfies the metabolic demands for the sport.Design and implement a power & strength development program that satisfies the overall strength demands for sport.
Utilize research-based nutrition protocols for improved body composition.
Improve flexibility and body awareness via proprioception training to reduce and limit athletic-related injuries. >/li>
Mental Discipline
Demand student-athletes to be accountable for their performance and take responsibility for their actions and make no excuses for failure.Require perseverance and continuous focus to stay committed to the team goals and personal goals.
Condition the student-athlete to maintain composure and to be patient during times of adversity.
