2024: Picked up his first career win with three hitless innings of shutout relief vs. Prairie View while fanning a career-best four (3,0,0,0,0,4)... Made his Rice debut with a start in the series finale vs. Notre Dame and navigated his way through two scoreless innings... Loaded the bases with none out in the first but held the Irish scoreless with a putout at home, followed by a strikeout and a fielder's choice... Coaxed a one-out double play in the second to finish his work with a 2-0 lead.
Prior to Rice: Transfer from McLennan CC where he posted a 1-1 record and 2.88 ERA in 25 innings of relief work … Prepped at Houston Memorial HS and joins former Mustangs Ben Dukes, Jack Riedel, Matthew Rheaume, and Tom Vincent at Rice… District 17-6A Pitcher of the Year as a senior in 2022 with a 10-1 record and 0.61 ERA as Memorial finished 20-11 and were bi-area champions.
