Prior to Rice- Transferred to Rice after playing in 20 games (8 starts) at Texas Tech in 2021… Hit .167 with a homer and seven RBI in his first collegiate action… Singled and drove in a run in his second career at-bat, as a pinch hitter vs. HBU on 2/26… Drove in runs in three consecutive games between 2/26-3/3… Enjoyed his most productive game of 2021 on 3/26 against South Florida by slamming a pair of homers in three at-bats and driving in four runs… 2019 District 18-6A Offensive Player of the Year and 2019 Houston Chronicle All-Greater Houston First Team infielder for coach David Munoz at Lamar High School… Hit .532 with 50 hits, 42 runs, eight HRs, 37 RBI, and 14 stolen bases and was named 2019 Texas Prep Baseball All-Houston Hitter of the Year … named to Perfect Game’s 2020 Preseason All-American and All-Region Teams … was on the Texas All-Region First team … also named to Perfect Game’s 2019 Preseason Underclassmen All American Teams as a High Honorable Mention … Attended the 2019 WWBA 17U South National, West National and World Championships making the All-Tournament Team in all three games.
