No. 15 Rice Travels Across Town to Face Houston Baptist

HOUSTON — The 15th-ranked Rice Soccer team will take its first road trip of the year when it heads across town to face Houston Baptist this Friday, Aug. 27. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be streamed by the Husky Sports Network.

Scouting Rice
• Head Coach Brian Lee is in his third season at the helm of the Rice soccer program. He holds a 26-9-4 record and is 313-197-59 in 24 years as a head coach.

• Junior midfielder Delaney Schultz leads the squad with two goals, five points and four shots on goal.

• Junior midfielder Ryan Ford was named Preseason Second Team All-Southland Conference after totaling two goals and two assists last year.
