An aggressive, tough, hard-nosed defender who will compete for a starting position on the backline... Exceptional distribution skills from the defensive third can help jump-start the Owls[apos] attack. 2008: Bounced-back from an injury before the start of the season to be a contributor in her inaugural Division I campaign... First appearance wasn[apos]t until the start of conference play against eventual C-USA co-champion East Carolina... Started each of the next five league games on defense after her debut and averaged 87 minutes per outing... Finished the year with 10 appearances and 563 total minutes... Saw a season-long 109 minutes in the double-overtime victory against Tulsa... Assisted on Amy Beger[apos]s goal against C-USA foe Marshall...
