2013
Led the running backs with 26 catches for 348 yards and 4 TDs... most catches by a Rice RB since Trevor Cobb had 4 in 1992...Fell 95 yards shy of becoming 22nd Owl to reach 1,500 career rushing yards... Averaged 9 yards per carry at New Mexico State (6/54)... Topped 100 yards in receiving for first time in his career, catching 5 for 102 and a touchdown vs. Houston... Added 44 yards on the ground to finish with a career-best 146 all-purpose yards... Only current Owl to top 100 years rushing and receiving in a game.
2012
Third on the team with a career-best 591 yards rushing and 766 all-purpose yards... Also set career-highs with 14 catches and 166 receiving yards... One of four Owls to rush for 100 yards in a game, finishing with 135 on 19 carries vs. Southern Miss... Also caught his first career touchdown pass vs. USM, a 38-yard combination with Driphus Jackson... Matched his career-high with five rushing touchdowns... Caught at least on pass in eight of 10 games... Missed the Houston and UTEP games with injuries... Tied for the team lead with five rushing touchdowns and second on the team with 485 yards rushing... Totaled 118 yards total offense in the Homecoming win over UTEP, rushing for 74 yards (including a career-long, 44-yard scoring run) and completed all three passing attempts for 44 yards, including a long completion of 29 yards to fellow running back Tyler Smith... Made his first career start vs. Houston, opening at quarterback in the Wild Owl formation... Established career-highs for rushing attempts (23) and yards (140) while also completing one of two passes for eight yards... Rushed for 55 yards at Marshall and also completed his second pass of the season while running from the Wild Owl formation... Scored a pair of touchdowns vs. Memphis and added a career-long, 51-yard reception... Rushed for 51 yards, including a season-best 27 yard carrry and added a 12-yard reception at Baylor...Contributed in a variety of ways in the Owls[apos] 24-22 win over Purdue... Quarterbacked Heritage Hall to an Oklahoma 2A state title as a senior for Coach Andy Bogert while earning All-State honors ... Ran for 1,500 yards and 24 touchdowns, threw for 1,224 yards and 16 touchdowns ... Had 98 tackles and five interceptions on defense ... Named Little All-City Player of the Year and VYPE Magazine[apos]s Oklahoma City Player of the Year... High school teammate was Barry Sanders, Jr... Earned High School All-American honors in swimming... Finished second in the Oklahoma 5A state meet in the 100 meters (50.18), third in the 50 meters (22.23) and anchored Heritage Hall[apos]s state champion 200 freestyle relay... Also played soccer and was the team MVP as a junior.
