Rice Invitational Finals Postponed

HOUSTON - Final-round play at the 2011 Rice Invitational was cancelled Sunday morning because of rain.
Rice players had reached the finals of both singles flights as well as the doubles flight. Championships have been rescheduled for Tuesday morning at the Jake Hess Tennis Stadium.
Natalie Beazant and Stephanie Nguyen will take on teammates Katie Gater and Dominique Harmath at 10 a.m. on Tuesday. The Blue and Gray Singles flights will be played immediately following.
In the Blue Singles finals, Beazant will play Harmath. Nguyen and Kimberly Anicete will square off in the Gray Singles finals.
