Cross Country: Earned Third Team All-Conference honors by placing 19th at the C-USA Championships. Indoor: Member of DMR team that earned silver medal at the C-USA Championships with a time of 10:12.54, earning all-conference honors. Outdoor: Competed at seven meets...qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 3000m steeplechase...earned all-conference honors with a third place finish in the steeplechase at the C-USA Championships, recording the fifth-fastest time in school history with a run of 8:52.20 to take bronze...recorded victories in the steeplechase at both the Victor Lopez Classic and the J. Fred Duckett Twilight.
2019-20
Cross Country: Competed in five races…ran a season-best 10k time of 31:43.5 at the NCAA Division I South Central Region Cross Country Championships, finishing 51st overall…recorded a season-best 8k time of 25:06.5 at the Conference USA Cross Country Championships to earn Third Team All-Conference honors…ran a season best 4-mile with a time of 20:03.6 at the season-opening Rice Invitational, placing eighth overall. Indoor: Saw action at four meets…ran a season-best 3k time of 8:30.19 at the FasTrak Collegiate & Conference Last Chance Meet, in which he placed fourth overall.
2018-19 Cross Country: Competed in five races...ran a season-best 8k time of 25:44 at the Louisville Classic...placed 29th overall at the C-USA Championships...was 47th at the NCAA South Central Regional. Indoor: Saw action at three meets...finished 15th in the 3000m at the C-USA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Competed at seven meets...finished sixth overall in the 3000m steeplechase at the C-USA Championships, running a season-best time of 9:10.92...placed third in the steeplechase at the Texas A&M Invitational, as well as the Arkansas Twilight.

Graduated from St. Stephen's Episcopal School where he competed for the Spartans under head coach Paul Carrozza...five-time all-conference runner...4x800 champion...third in the 800m...third in the 1600mmember of the 2017 SPC Track and Field Champions...also played two years of soccer for head coach Shane McGuire...graduated with a 3.83 GPA...completed the Japan Exchange Program and the Pascall Award (honor roll and three varisty sports in a single year).
