Saw action in 11 games, primarily on special teams… Missed the opener at Army, but played in the final 11 contests.

Placed on scholarship heading into his third year with the Owls... Named the Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week prior to the UTEP game.
2017
Walk-on who earned his first letter after appearing in 10 games as a redshirt freshman… Made his debut at Houston and was credited with his first stop vs. Army… Added a pair of assists vs. Southern Miss to finish the year with three tackles.

All District 26-6A at linebacker for coach Ron Rittimann ... Credited with 75 tackles, including six sacks as a senior and finished with 118 tackles, 9 sacks and 10 PBU in his career... Selected to play in the San Antonio All-Star game after his senior year.. Academic All-State., National Merit Scholar and a member of the National Honor Society.
