Four match homestand continues
Houston: Elizabeth Schmidt's Rice Owls continue their homestand on Saturday as host Sam Houston at the George R. Brown Tennis Center at 11 a.m.

About the Owls: Rice is 3-4 so far this season, 2-1 at GRBTC after opening the C-USA schedule last Sunday with a 7-0 win over FAU.
Sam Houston: The Bearkats are 3-5 this season, coming off a 7-0 loss to Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
The Series: Rice has won all 17 previous meetings between the schools dating back to 1986, including all three played at George R. Brown Tennis Center. The Owls took a 6-0 win last year in Huntsville.
