Meet begins Saturday at 9:45 a.m.
HOUSTON - For a second time this season, the Rice Owls women's cross country team returns to College Station as they're set to compete at Saturday's Arturo Barrios Invitational at 9:45 a.m.
The Owls will be racing in their their final performance prior to the Conference USA Championship on Oct. 30 in Charlotte. Other teams competing on Saturday include Baylor, Houston, Louisville, LSU, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, SMU, TCU and host Texas A&M.
Rice has three races under their belts, placing second at both the Rice Invitational (Sept. 10) and the Texas A&M Invitational (Sept. 25) before and 18th place result at the large Paul Short Run last time out on Oct. 1.
Saturday's race will have live results available at flashresults.com. The Owls are currently ranked No. 7 in the latest USTFCCCA South Central regional rankings.
