Bio
A shortstop by trade, but showed in the fall that he can play anywhere in the infield... Looks to be a great fit at second base... Excellent eye-hand coordination... Expected to be a major contributor in the spring.

Navarro College -- Two-time, first team all-Texas Eastern Athletic Conference (TEAC) shortstop at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas... Coached by Whoa Dill... 2008: Played in 46 of the team[apos]s 54 games... Helped the Bulldogs set a new school record for wins (46) by batting .405 (70-of-173) with 33 RBI, 60 runs scored, 14 doubles, six triples and seven home runs... Drew 33 walks and converted on 20-of-25 stolen base attempts...Member of the national Junior College All-Star team... 2007: Batted .356 with 16 doubles, 25 RBI, three triples, a home run and 13 steals in first season with the program... Teammate of current Owl Jared Rogers for both seasons... Member of the Dean[apos]s List both years.
High School -- A 2006 graduate of Stephenville High School in north Texas... Twice earned first team all-District 6-4A honors, as a shortstop and as a second baseman... Four-year varsity letterman who was named the district newcomer of the year... Coached by Julio Jimenez.
