Men’s Basketball Begins Road Stretch at South Florida

HOUSTON — Rice begins a stretch of four out of six road games when it travels to Tamps, Fla., this Tuesday, Jan. 28, to face South Florida. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT and it will be televised by ESPNU.

Scouting Rice
• Rice enters Tuesday's game with an 11-9 record, including 2-5 in the AAC. The Owls are looking to snap a five-game losing streak after falling to Tulane on Saturday, 82-71.
• Rice is led by graduate guard Trae Broadnax, who leads the team with 12.8 points per game and 4.2 assists, which is fourth in the American. He's also second on the team with 5.9 rebounds.
