Golf to Close Regular Season at Hoosier Intercollegiate

HOUSTON — The Rice Golf team will close out its regular season schedule this Saturday-Sunday, Apr. 6-7, when it travels to Bloomington, Ind., for the Hoosier Collegiate. The tournament will be played at the par-71, 7,355-yard PFAU Course at Indiana University.
TEAM FIELD
Joining Rice in the 15-team field are Butler, DePaul, Eastern Kentucky, Evansville, High Point, Indiana, IUPUI, Michigan, Michigan State, Murray State, Northwestern (individuals only), Notre Dame, Purdue Fort Wayne, Southern Illinois, and Valparaiso.

"This week will be a great experience for the team. The Pfau Golf Course is a great test and we'll see some teams we don't normally see. Playing on zoysia fairways and bent grass greens is a lot different than what we are used to in Houston."
