The Owls: Rice is 2-4 on the season after defeating Louisiana Tech last weekend, 5-2. Graduate senior Chie Kezuka, junior Saara Orav and sophomore Darya Schwartzman each posted doubles and singles victories in the victory over the Bulldogs. Freshman Divna Ratkovic also won her singles match in the team's victory.
The Opposition: Texas A&M is ranked 11th in the nation, also boasting three players in the top 32 nationally in singles according to the latest ITA rankings. Mary Stoiana is the nation's top-ranked singles player, while Mia Kupres and Nicole Khirin rank 24th and 32nd, respectively.
