HOUSTON — The Rice Golf team closes its fall schedule this weekend when it travels to the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational, Oct. 28-29, played at Steelwood Golf Club in Loxley, Ala.
TEAM FIELD
Joining Rice in the 14-team field are Alabama, UAB, Chattanooga, Indiana, Kansas State, Kennesaw State, Kentucky, Louisiana Tech, Memphis, Rutgers, South Alabama, Virginia Tech and West Virginia.

The Owls will tee off from holes No. 15-17 starting at 8:30 a.m. CT. Rice will compete in groups with student-athletes from Kennesaw State, as well as a group of individuals. Tuesday's tee times and pairings will depend on results following the previous round.

Following the Steelwood Collegiate Invitational, the Owls will take three months off before opening its spring schedule on Feb. 12-13, when it hosts the Bentwater Invitational at Bentwater Country Club in Montgomery, Texas.
