"Our ladies competed hard today and had some outstanding performances, highlighted by Grace receiving first team honors and Freshman of the Meet. She ran a personal best for 5k today and was awesome. Khayla, our only senior, had her best conference performance. I was proud of Lourdes' effort after fighting back from injury to be our third runner and we got an outstanding effort from Alyssa and Rachel. The conference keeps getting tougher in depth. We're looking forward to our regional meet in two weeks."
Next up for the Owls is the NCAA South Central Regional, which will be held Nov. 15 in Fayetteville, Ark. hosted by Arkansas. That race is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
