2022 Preseason Honors
Earned All-Conference USA honorable mention honors while starting 12 of 13 games and leading the team with a career-high 10 pass breakups… Tied him for ninth in Conference USA with his 10 PBUs and has 19 PBU in his last two seasons… Broke up a career-high three vs. LA Tech (7 targets)… Broke up two of five targets vs. Southern Miss in the Lending Tree Bowl and only allowed one completion… Posted his season high of four tackles in three consecutive games (Louisiana, Houston, UAB)… Second on the team to Gabriel Taylor with 651 snaps, including a single-game high of 80 vs.FAU.

All-Freshman C-USA by conference coaches... Led C-USA freshmen with nine PBU, which was tied for fourth overall... Tied for the team lead and tied 10th in the conference with 9 passes defended, Credited with a career-best seven tackles, and added his first career PBU vs. Houston...
