Made his debut at North Texas and saw action in three games while redshirting... Named Player of the Week for the special teams scout squad for his work prior to the Hawai’i and UTSA games and for the defensive scouts prior to the UAB game.
Westlake High School
All District (25-6A) for coach Todd Dodge as both a junior and senior at Westlake, and was a starter for three years on teams that went deep into the Texas 6A playoffs... Reached the finals as a sophomore in 2015 (at NRG Stadium in Houston), the quarterfinals in 2016 and the semifinals last year... Scored a touchdown off a blocked punt in the state title game in 2015... Credited with 62 tackles (42 solo), three interceptions, nine pass breakups and one quarterback hurry as a senior and ended his career with 158 tackles (101 solo), five interceptions, 14 pass breakups, one sack, one hurry, one fumble recovery, one blocked punt and two touchdowns... All-State Academic and two-time All-District Academic... National Honor Society... Mu Alpha Theta Math Honors Society... Works with Global Volunteers, Alpha Charity League & Top Soccer.
