HOUSTON — Rice will play three games in three days when it travels to Fort Myers, Fla. for the Gulf Coast Showcase. The Owls open the tournament this Monday, Nov. 22, against Evansville. Tip-off is scheduled for 10 a.m. and will be streamed at FloHoops.

• Rice enters the Gulf Coast Showcase with a 3-1 record after defeating New Orleans, 83-78, on Friday.
• Guard Travis Evee leads the Owls and is seventh in Conference USA with 17.8 points per game while adding 3.0 assists per game. Evee is second in C-USA with 3.8 three-pointers per game, third in field goal percentage (52.2%) and fourth in three-point field goal percentage (46.9%).
