Rice Returns Home to Face Lamar

HOUSTON — After spending the last two weeks on the road, Rice returns home to face Lamar on Saturday, Dec. 1. Tip-off is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. CT and the game will be livestreamed by ESPN3.
Scouting Rice
• Rice is 3-5 and has dropped three straight games after falling at Texas State, 74-60, Wednesday night.
• Rice has five players averaging at least nine points, led by guard Ako Adams with 13.3 points per game. The junior is connecting on 44.4% from three while also leading the team with 3.3 assists per game.
• Guard Robert Martin is second on the team with 10.9 points. The junior is connecting on 51.9% from the field and 48.0% from three. He's also second on the team with 5.1 rebounds per game.
• Graduate transfer Jack Williams is scoring 10.6 points while leading the squad with 7.0 rebounds.
• Guard Josh Parrish is adding 9.1 points and is connecting on 50.0% from the floor. However, on two-pointers, he is shooting 67.7%. Guard Chris Mullins is averaging 9.0 points.
• The Owls are scoring 74.8 points but are allowing 79.6.
