Owls Celebrate Campus Kids Day on Saturday

The Rice Owls women's tennis team will welcome young tennis fans from the area when they host the 36th ranked SMU Mustangs at Jake Hess Tennis Stadium at 1:30 on Saturday as part of the United States Tennis Association's Campus Kids initiative.

All youths attending Saturday's match will receive a Rice tennis t-shirt as well as free pizza. After the match, young fans will receive tennis balls autographed by the members of the team.
USTA's Campus Kids program are designed to expose current and aspiring junior players (and their parents and coaches) to college tennis.
The Owls (12-8) enter the match ranked 62nd in the country.
