Dallas Skipper is in her third year at Rice University and in her first year as Associate Director. She is directly responsible for the physical development for Volleyball and sprinter,hurdlers and horizontal jumpers. In her first two years at Rice, she was directly responsibly for Women’s Soccer. She is also in charge of running the Internship Program for Olympic Sports Performance.
During her short time at Rice, Dallas has contributed to multiple championships, including a Regular Season Championship with Women’s Soccer, a West Division Championship and a Tournament Championship with Volleyball, as well as back-to-back trips to the second round of the NCAA tournament with Volleyball. She has also worked with 3 All-Americans.
Prior to Rice University, Dallas worked with Sports Performance at Texas A&M University as a Part-Time Assistant under renowned Strength and Conditioning Coach and Director Ray Ellsworth. She assisted directly with the physical development of Volleyball, Women’s Equestrian, and Men and Women’s Track and Field, specifically sprinters, hurdlers, and middle distance. She had the opportunity to train and work with multiple Olympic Medalists that competed in the 2020 Olympics.
Before arriving at Texas A&M University, she worked as a Part-Time Assistant at Wingate University, as well as an intern for football at the University of Kansas and an intern for all sports at the University of North Texas.
Dallas earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Allied Health in 2016 and her Master’s of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2018 both from The University of North Texas. A native of Amarillo, Texas, she is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting.
