Mireles joined the Rice staff in January 2026, marking her first season as an assistant coach.
Prior to Rice
Mireles had a standout playing career at Texas A&M, where she was a four-year letterwinner and helped lead the Aggies to the 2024 national championship. She earned NCAA All-Tournament Team and SEC All-Tournament Team honors as a junior during the championship run, winning three singles matches in the NCAA Tournament.
She finished her career with a 73-31 singles record, including a 45-18 mark in dual matches, and a 44-42 doubles record. Mireles reached career-high ITA rankings of No. 105 in singles and No. 43 in doubles while recording multiple ranked wins during her time in College Station. She earned her bachelor’s degree in agricultural leadership and development with a minor in sports management from Texas A&M.
