Brook Wilson enters her sixth year (2021-22) for the Rice women's basketball team, serving as the Assistant AD of of Basketball Operations.
Prior to Rice, Wilson spent a year as a graduate assistant for the University of Texas women's basketball team.
During her time with the Longhorns, Wilson enforced and coordinated all game day operations for student managers while aiding in the arrangement of game day equipment for road trips. Other duties included coordinating day-to-day operations for the basketball managers, assisting in recruiting visits of potential signees, tracking inventory, and assisting the director of operations with travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prior to her era in Austin, Wilson was a volunteer for the Texas A&M men's basketball squad in 2014, assisting the director of operations.
Wilson was also a student manager herself at the University of Texas (2012-14) while attending school.
Wilson received her M.Ed. in Kinesiology in May of 2017 from Texas. She graduated from Texas in Aug. of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Sports Management minor).
Wilson married her husband Cole Wilson in 2020 and have a son (Cassius).
