Adam Cohn, MSAT, LAT, ATC
Adam joined the Rice University Sports Medicine Department in 2011. He is responsible for managing the health care of the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field teams. Adam is also the facilities coordinator for the sports medicine department.
Adam is a graduate of St. Edward’s University where he earned a degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on pre-physical therapy. He received his master’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Adam also had the opportunity to work at UTSA and with Chivas USA.
His professional interests include manual therapies, dry needling and mentoring future athletic trainers as a preceptor for the UH masters of athletic training program.
Adam is currently a member of both the NATA and SWATA. He resides in Sugar Land, TX with his wife, kids and dog.
