2013
Caught his first career touchdown pass as part of a 2-catch effort at UAB... Scored the Owls[apos] first touchdown vs. Tulsa on his first carry of the season.
2012
Sealed the Owls[apos] run towards a bowl berth by ending the longest stretch of games without a kickoff return touchdown in the nation... Shocked UTEP with a 97-yard scoring burst with six minutes left in the game after the Miners had cut the Rice lead to two, ending a streak of 319 games without a kickoff return that stretched back to 1984... Finished the night with 279 all-purpose yards, the second-most in school history, while his 210 yards on four returns also ranked second in school history... Rushed for 126 yards on 23 carries in the final two games, including a season-best 67 on 10 carries vs. SMU as the Owls rode his running to dominate possession time in the fourth quarter.
2011
Caught a career-high three passes vs. UTEP for 25 yards and added 16 yards and a touchdown on the ground in the Homecoming victory... Rushed for 20 yards on six carries at Houston... Returned five kickoffs for 112 yards, including a long of 26 at Southern Miss... Found the end zone for the first time in 2011 at Baylor... Saw action at RB, while also lining up as one of the Owls[apos] two deep backs on kickoff returns in the opener at Texas.
2010
Originally slated for a redshirt, but was called to action after injuries depleted the roster and wound up earning the Joe F. Lipscomb Award as Rice[apos]s top freshman... Led the team with 10 touchdowns, all of them in conference play (second in the league for conference games)... Second on the team with 365 yards rushing... Tied the school record by rushing for four touchdowns as part of a 143-yard rushing day against ECU... Opened the game as the starter at quarterback as the Owls began in their Wildcat formation... Broke through the middle on an 88-yard touchdown run against the Pirates, the longest play from scrimmage by the Owls since Kyle Herm scored from 95 yards out against Nevada in 2003... Ranks only behind Herm[apos]s run as the longest by an Owl in Rice Stadium history, and matches the fourth longest scoring run in school history (Bob Nemir vs. Southwestern; Oct. 6, 1945)...Topped 100 yards for the first time in his career, rushing for 103 yards on 14 carries out of the Wildcat formation against Tulane... Has scored his four touchdowns in the last five games... Rushed for 34 yards on five carries at UTEP, including a 25-yard burst... Made his debut against SMU on special teams and then scored a touchdown on his first career carry, a one-yard run late in the same game.

MVP of District 12-2A as well as MVP of the All Red River Valley football team as a senior quarterback for coach Don Hasley... Ran for 1,650 yards and scored 22 touchdowns as a senior... Also earned All Red River Valley honors as a defensive end... All district selection in basketball as a junior and qualified for the state track meet in both the long jump and triple jump as a senior.... Served as a class officer as both a freshman and sophomore and was elected Homecoming King as a senior.
