As a Freshman (2005-06) -- Showed plenty of promise at guard as a freshman before falling victim to a season-ending injury vs. UTEP on Jan. 27... Averaged 7.5 minutes in 15 games, scoring 2.3 points a game... One of the best free throw shooters on the team, knocking down charity shots at an 82.4 percent clip... Scored seven points in win over Davidson and had four rebounds at Washington.
High School -- 2005 graduate of South Houston High School ... Four-year starter for coach Cedric Atkins and the Trojans... Ranked as ninth-best high school player in the state as a senior in a preseason poll by Texashoops.com... All-region honoree as a junior... Two-time all-district selection...
