Rice -- 2013: Conference USA Academic Honor Roll; Rice Athletics Scholar Athlete; Primary role was as a catcher in the bullpen, preparing one of the top pitching staffs in the nation... Appeared in one game, the 11-5 victory over (future Conference USA foe) UTSA on March 20... 2012: C-USA Spirit of Service Award honoree as the baseball student-athlete in the league who recorded the most volunteer time in various charity and community outreach initiatives; C-USA Academic Honor Roll; Registered three at bats in two games played, including one as a starter...
