Ratkovic Named American Women’s Player of the Week

IRVING – Junior Divna Ratkovic was named the American Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday afternoon.
Ratkovic earned her second weekly honor of the season after helping lead the Owls to a 2-0 weekend with wins over South Florida (4-1) and FIU (4-1).
In doubles, Ratkovic teamed with Daniela Chica and went undefeated. The duo defeated South Florida's pair 6-3 before earning another 6-3 win against FIU.
Ratkovic also found success in singles play, defeating FIU's Vittoria Baccino 6-4, 6-0 and South Florida's Sienna Leeson 6-2, 5-7, 6-1.
The Owls will close the regular season Monday, April 13, against UAB before competing in the American Athletic Conference Championship later that week.
