Men’s Golf Continues Stretch at Louisiana Classics

HOUSTON — The Rice Men's Golf continues its stretch of three tournaments in three weeks when it heads to Lafayette, La., for one of the most longstanding tournaments in the country, the Louisiana Classics, Mar. 10-11, played at Oakbourne Country Club.

TEAM FIELD

Rice, who is ranked 75^th in the latest Scoreboard rankings, is joined by No. 7 LSU, No. 24 Texas A&M, No. 38 Little Rock, No. 65 Sam Houston, No. 81 Louisiana. Illinois State, Louisiana Tech, Middle Tennessee, Oral Roberts, South Alabama, and Texas State will also participate.

PAIRINGS

Play begins with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Rice will tee off from holes 5-8. The Owls will compete in groups with student-athletes from Little Rock and Sam Houston. Tuesday's tee times and pairings will depend on results following the previous round.
