HOUSTON – The Rice Owls men's track & field team will have a small team showing at the FasTrak Invite Saturday at the University of Houston.
In total, the Owls will have seven athletes competing in seven events. Schools aside from Rice and Houston competing are Hardin-Simmons, HCU, Huston-Tillotson, LeTourneau, Our Lady of the Lake, Prairie View, Sam Houston, Southern, St. Edward's, St. Thomas (TX), TAMU-Kingsville, Texas Southern, Tulane,
Last time out Cal Abdulky claimed the team's first event title of the season in the weight throw at the Leonard Hilton Invite.
Rice will have a full team showing next weekend at the Robert Platt Invitational (UH).
