Men’s Hoops to Hold Letterwinner Reunion Mar. 9

HOUSTON — The Rice Men's Basketball program will hold a letterwinner reunion on Saturday, Mar. 9, culminating with that night's season finale against North Texas at 7 p.m.
"I want to personally invite all letterwinners to campus on Saturday, March 9th for an exciting day of men's basketball," said Rice head coach Scott Pera. "Letterwinners will have a chance to participate in a Q&A session with the coaching staff before participating in an alumni game. The highlight of the day will be our game against North Texas that night. We would be honored to have you in attendance to support our team as we celebrate our seniors on Senior Night."
The festivities will begin at 11:30 a.m. with "Chalk Talk," where letterwinners can enjoy a light breakfast and talk with Head Coach Scott Pera and his staff, followed by a tour of the facilities. The attendees will then participate in an Alumni Game.
Evening festivities tip off with a pregame Happy Hour Social at 6 p.m. in Trauber Suite, where food and drinks will be served. The day concludes with the letterwinners attending that night's Rice vs. North Texas season finale at 7 p.m., where there will be a special on-court recognition.
