Men’s Basketball Hosts UNT-Dallas in Annual School House Mania Game

HOUSTON — Rice is set to host UNT-Dallas in its annual School House Mania game this Thursday, Dec. 19. Tip-off is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. CT and it will be streamed by ESPN+.

• Rice enters Thursday's Schoolhouse Mania game with an 8-3 record after falling at Texas State. The Owls have won three of their last four games after defeating Alcorn State on Monday, 77-75.
• Rice is led by graduate guard Trae Broadnax, who leads the team with 14.3 points per game and 4.3 assists, which third in the American. He's also second on the team with 5.8 rebounds while connecting on 46.7% from the field and 39.1% from three.
• Graduate student guard/forward Kellen Amos is second on the team with 10.4 points and 3.3 assists, and is third with 4.4 rebounds per game.
