
Ratkovic Bows Out in ITA Conference Masters Quarterfinals

ROME, Ga. - Rice sophomore Divna Ratkovic fell on Friday morning in the ITA Conference Masters to her competitor from Florida International to end her time in the championships.
Ratkovic played tough with fourth-seeded Oyinlomo Quadre (FIU), but ultimately was defeated by a final score of 6-3, 6-1. With the victory, Quadre clinches an automatic berth to the NCAA Individual Championships while Ratkovic sees her fall season come to an end.
Ratkovic will return to action in the spring with the rest of her teammates on the Rice Owls women's tennis team.
