HOUSTON — The sixth-seeded Rice men's basketball team opens the 2023 Conference USA Tournament presented by TotalCare against 11th-seed UTSA this Wednesday, Mar. 8, in the first round. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. CT and the game will be streamed by ESPN+.
