HOUSTON — New Rice baseball season tickets for the inaugural season in the American Athletic Conference are now on sale.
Highlighting the non-conference schedule are a weekend series with College World Series participant Stanford and a weeknight game against reigning National Champion LSU.
The 2024 Owls will open their 31-game home schedule on February 16 with the first of three games against perennial NCAA Regional participant Notre Dame. The non-conference slate also includes a weekend series with crosstown foe Houston Christian in addition to weeknight games with regional rivals Sam Houston, Prairie View A&M, Houston, Incarnate Word, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Lamar and Texas Southern.
Rice begins its first season of AAC play on March 22 when the Tulane Green Wave comes to Reckling Park. The Owls will also host weekend series with Memphis, UAB, and UTSA before closing out the home schedule with a three-game series with UTSA.
Anyone interested in purchasing a suite for the upcoming season can email Patrick Clark at phc2@rice.edu for location and pricing.
