Doubles semifinals, singles quarter and semi finals
Waco: Chie Kezuka and Federica Trevisan advanced to the consolation doubles semifinals while Kezuka and Darya Schwartzman move on to the consolation singles quarterfinals during the third day of action at the ITA Texas Women's Regional at the Hurd Tennis Center on Saturday.
Details: Kezuka fought her way back from an opening-set loss to UTSA's Aleksandra Zlatarova to advance in singles while Schwartzman earned the right play on Sunday with a straight-set win over Libby Blair of Abilene Christian. Winners of Sunday's quarterfinal matches will be back on the courts later on Sunday for the semifinals. Kezuka and Trevisan will open play on Sunday morning with the consolation doubles match, looking to earn a spot in Monday's final.
