Quincy Olivari Named C-USA Preseason All-Conference Honoree

HOUSTON — For the second straight year, junior guard Quincy Olivari was named a Conference USA Preseason All-Conference Honoree, the league office announced Thursday afternoon.
Olivari was fourth on the team with 9.9 points per game and second with 6.0 rebounds per game before, while also adding 2.1 assists. He saw action in 20 games, making 16 starts before missing the rest of the season with an injury. The Atlantic, Ga., native scored double-figures 10 times and recorded three double-doubles while leading the team in rebounding seven times. He had his best game against Houston Baptist, scoring 27 points on 11-of-15 from the floor.
The Owls were picked to finish seventh in Conference USA. UAB was selected to win the league, followed by WKU and North Texas
