
Former Owl Dickerson Named to Forbes' 30 Under 30 List

2015 C-USA champion in hammer throw
HOUSTON - Rice University alum and former track & field thrower Duncan Dickerson '2016 was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Energy List, the organization announced earlier this week.
Dickerson, who received his Master of Business Administration degree at Rice, won the 2015 C-USA hammer throw title and twice established a new school record. Prior to Rice, Dickerson received his undergrad degree from Columbia University where he also competed in track & field.
According to Forbes, the 29-year-old Dickerson currently serves as the Vice President of Lazard where he helps advise the world's biggest oil companies on how to navigate the great carbon transition by divesting old fossil fuel assets while shifting investment toward renewable energy and carbon capture projects. He helped arrange $100 billion in energy company restructurings this year.
