
Oscislawski Finishes Third at Texas Tamale Invitational

Adam Oscislawski picked up a straight set win on Sunday in the third place match of the B Draw singles to highlight action for Rice on the final day of the Texas Tamale Invitational at the George R. Brown Tennis Center on Sunday.
Oscislawski rolled to a 6-4, 6-0 win over Thibault Frumholz of Texas A&M Corpus Christi to finish the weekend with a 3-1 record in singles.
Jacob Eskeland and Karol Paluch each extended their final matches on Sunday to super tiebreakers before losing to close out the weekend with 2-2 marks.
Eskeland fell to Myles Conlin of Army 6-7(5), 6-4, 10-5 and Paluch lost to William Mottet, William of Texas A&M Corpus Christi 5-7, 6-1,10-8.
Ashton Duke dropped a 6-2,6-1 decision to Calen Dyer of UIW and Jared Aiman fell to Chad Nguyen of A&M Corpus Christi 6-3, 6-0.
