2014-15 Rice Men's Basketball Schedule
AUSTIN, Texas - Rice University men's basketball will square off with the Texas Longhorns in a noon (CT) contest on Dec. 29, 2014. The game was originally scheduled for later that evening and will be televised nationally on Longhorn Network.
The former Southwest Conference rivals have met 196 times in their histories and have faced off in each of the past seven seasons. This month's meeting will be the fifth-straight in the series to be played in Austin.
Following the team's win against St. Edward's on Saturday, the Owls began a break for final exams. The squad resumes competition on Dec. 18 against St. Thomas at 11:30 a.m. in Tudor Fieldhouse.
