Rice-San Diego Tennis Heads Indoors

Due to the continued wet weather in the Houston area, today's Rice-San Diego men's tennis match has been moved indoors to the Galleria Tennis and Athletic Club (GTAC). First serve is set for 1 pm and the match will open with singles competition.

The Owls, ranked 52nd this week, are facing their third consecutive California school, having won dual matches with Cal-Irvine and Loyola-Marymount last weekend while on their Spring Training trip. The 31st-ranked Toreros are wrapping up a weekend trip to Texas that opened with a 4-1 upset of 11th ranked Texas last night at the MET Downtown in Houston. That match has originally been scheduled for Austin on Thursday night, but was postponed one day because of rain, and then moved to indoors and to Houston on Friday night.
