Rice Fall Invitational Second Round Results 
The seven men's singles players who had reached the quarterfinals was cut to 3 on Saturday, September 12th, 2009 at the 52nd Rice Fall Invitational.
Tachibana,Sam Garforth-Bles, and Oscar Podlewski, lost very close matches, all three of which went to a third set, but came up short. Christian Saravia and Jonathan Chang, are set to face off in their respective flight's semifinals. Rajam won in straight sets to get into his flight's semifinals.
In doubles play, 3 of the 4 Rice pairs advanced to the finals. the team of Tachibana and Podlewski are set to play Walch and Effindi from SMU, while Garforth-Bles and Polykov are playing Rajam and Chang in their final.
