Rice Fall Invitational First Round Results 
As rain delayed play at Rice University, the spirits of the Rice Men's tennis team were not dampened as 7 men's singles players advance on to the next round in their respective flights.
Tachibana won in straight sets to make it to the semifinals in his flight, joining him were Sam Garforth-Bles, Oscar Podlewski, Christian Saravia, Jonathan Chang, Dennis Polyakov, and Vishnu Rajam.
In doubles play, all Rice pairs made it to the semifinals with the pairs of Tachibana and Podlewski leading the way. Joining them were: Nusslein and Saravia, Garforth-Bles and Polykov, Rajam and Chang, and Adam Wang, who is paired with Roger Anderson from LSU.
