2009-2010: Conference USA Academic Honor Roll; Rice University Honor Athlete; Won the C-USA silver medal with a second place finish in the 200-yard backstroke... Swam a career-best 1:59.98 in the league[apos]s 200-backstroke, the third-fastest time in school history and second-best by an Owl in the last 12 years... Scored for the team by taking fifth in the 400-individual medley on the strength of a career-best 4:22.37... Set the Rice Aquatics Center facility record in the 400-IM with a 4:28.54, the very first individual event champion in the Owls[apos] new venue...
