Matched his career best by catching 29 passes for the second straight year, capping the year by catching five passes for a career-best 109 yards against Fresno State in the Hawai'i Bowl... Was the third 100-yard receiving game in Rice bowl history... Caught a career-best six vs. ODU.
2013
Led the team by averaging 17.5 yards per catch and was second with 29 catches, 508 yards and three touchdowns... Established new career highs with five catches for 75 yards vs. Tulane and had 228 yards in his last five games... Caught a 17-yard TD vs. UTEP for his only catch vs. the Miners... Enjoyed a successful return to San Antonio, catching three for 60 yards and his first touchdown of the year at UTSA... was his third game with three catches this season... Made his season debut with a career-best three catches for 65 yards vs. Kansas and added three catches for 48 yards vs. Houston... 54 of his 65 yards came on a career-long strike from Taylor McHargue.

One of eight true freshmen to play in 2012, finishing with seven catches for 112 yards and one touchdown... Named to the C-USA All-Freshman team as a punt returner (13 for 48 yards)...
