Freshman running back who made an immediate impact in the Owls' short-yardage package in the first six games before suffering a season-ending injury… Made his debut with two carries for four yards at Texas… Set a school record by scoring 14 points in overtime vs. Houston in the Bayou Bucket on a pair of short touchdown runs and then the decisive two-point conversion… One of two Owls to score twice in OT… Jarett Dillard caught a pair of touchdowns at Tulsa in 2006, the second one to give Rice a walk-off win… Added a third touchdown earlier in the game, the most by a true freshman on the ground since Jeremy Eddington scored four times vs. East Carolina in 2010... Ran for a season-high 23 yards and scored twice vs. Texas Southern and was the top-scoring freshman in the country after three games… Scored Rice’s first points in an American Athletic Conference game on a three-yard TD pass from JT Daniels… Ended the year with six total touchdowns on 19 touches.
