Quinn Billerman joined the Owls in January of 2018 as an offensive assistant.
Billerman joined the Rice staff after spending the last two years as a graduate assistant at North Carolina Central under current Owls Offensive Coordinator Jerry Mack. He originally came to NCCU to play for Mack after two seasons at New Mexico Military Institute.
A two-year starter at NMMI, Billerman set school season records in 2013 by throwing for 2,962 yards and 34 touchdowns while leading the Broncos to a win the El Toro Bowl over Arizona Western. He played in 17 games and made four starts at NCCU as the Eagles won back-to-back MEAC titles as well as a berth in the 2016 Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl.
He was a National Football Foundation Bill Dooley Chapter University Scholar Athlete and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2015.
A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, Billerman graduated from Ravenscroft HS as the career leader in passing and touchdown passes while earning All-State honors
